[linux-dvb] Problems installing 0.9

Hello!

I bought a new 2.1DVB Card, so I need to install the 0.9 drivers. 
But I get an error message every time I try to compile it. It always 
says the following text:

dvb_net.c: In function 'my_eth_type_trans':
dvb_net.c: dereferencing pointer

What does this error mean, and how to i get the drivers up running?
