I don't know, sometimes it happens, sometimes not.
I've tested
%Richie Rich (RTL) -> didn't work
%TV total (PRO7)   -> didn't work
Heirate mir!(PRO7) -> work
%Heirate mir!(PRO7)-> didn't work
@3sat(ca 2 minutes)-> work
%@3sat(ca 2 minutes)-> work
@ZDF (ca 2 min)    ->  work
%@ZDF (ca 2 min)    -> didn't work

It seems that it only appears in cutted recordings
perhaps there is a bug in the cutting mechanism.
