I also use the rev. 2.1 Hauppauge (==new version!?). For me, the channel 
switching problem disappeared - since Ralf Metzler announced it on June 
22nd. I had never again an error switching channels. The only negative 
observation is that channel switching takes much longer now, about 1.5 
seconds, I'd guess.
