Here what I know:
Freq: 11262 MHz
SRate: 27500 KS/s
Pol: H
PID Unicast: 3003
Satellite: Eutelsat 7 degrees S-SE.
Signal is good only on Windoze, under Linux (using Siemens drivers) I have no 
signal.
To use opensky you need to register at 
http://www.opensky.it/cc/index.asp?f=registrazione.htm
Unfortunately language is italian.
