[linux-dvb] dvbd or drivers problem?!

hello
i have the following problem:

i'm trying to use my siemens compatible dvb card to connect to a SAT-ISP
i downloaded 0.8.2 version of the drivers and dvbd3
the frequency is 11053 Mhz (11053000 in dvbd.conf)
the symbol rate is 4444 MSPS (4444000 in dvbd.conf)

i read somewhere that there are problems with frequencies < 11700Mhz
anyway... the card works fine under windows,
but i get Sync=0 when running dvbd

any ideas?
