this is unlikly a driverproblem. i bet, you simply overdrive the input
of your amplifier (TV Set). there are many solutions to this problem:
either you change the output level of the DVB card (at least latest
driver versions support this) or you reduce the level by hardware. (only
if you know which end of the soldering iron gets hot.)
