Hi all

If anyone is interested:
mencoder can encode/transcode VDR/DVB-Video files - but the output-File is allways a AVI-File

Itīs possible to build AVI-Files with MPEG1 Codec - but itīs not a MPEG1 file...

So - if anyone have a working-Way to make a REAL-MPEG1 Movie out of a DVB/VDR-File 
please mail !


I now have tryed this Programms:

transcode
mplex - for multiplexing
several demultiplexing-Tools from /DVB/mpegtools
jmpeg package
bbmpeg-package
mplayer-package

Iīm sure there is a way - but i donīt find it :-(
