[linux-dvb] Software decoder

A similiar project has been proposed a some time ago, already.
And was stopped instantaniously.

This list deals with legal software only.
M*D*8 is perfectly legal, but not running under Linux. That's what VDR is
for.
If you talk about softc**.dll  -  I don't use it.
