[linux-dvb] Driver 2002-07-27 doesn't handle third DVB card

I tried to switch to today's CVS driver version (not NEWSTRUCT),
but apparently this version has problems with a third DVB-S card.

While driver 2002-06-23 works just fine, the exact same VDR reports
an error when probing the third DVB card with driver 2002-07-27:

  /dev/ost/frontend2: No such device

The driver itself claims that it has found three DVB devices.

Has anything changed between these two driver versions that could
cause this malfunction?

My DVB cards are

  0: Siemens DVB-S, rev 1.3
  1: WinTV NOVA-S (budget)
  2: Siemens DVB-S, rev 1.3 with CAM module
