[linux-dvb] pva, vdr, pvastrumento and so on...

I have a bad problem I am trying to solve. 
I use VDR to record from TV to my HDD. 
Then I take the big *.vdr file and use PVAStrumento to converto to
MPEG-PS. I have a problem and I do not understand who it depends on. 
Apparently my *.vdr files sometimes are corrupted. VDR can read them
with no problems (som squares on the monitor for about a sec, nothing
more). 
I imagine there are broken frames in the file stream. 
When I give it to PVAStrumento the generated MPEG-PS file is about at
the souble dimensions of the original *.vdr file. 
I try to read it with a software like PowerDVD or WinDVD and, when the
"broken" point is reached, the play stops. 
I cannot understand how to round the problem. 
I think u know VDR,  all I do is record a movie, then I use VDR to cut
it and have a 30 mins movie file. 
At the bottom of the mail you find my log. 
Is there any way to convert files of this kind even if "broken"? Perhaps
skipping the 1 sec of the corrupted part.
Alternatively is there a tool to "repair" *.vdr files? (I was thinking
to write one by myself, but it would be quite a long job).
How can I solve?
