The DiSEqC spec defines 13.0 and 18.0 volt to switch LNB polarisation,
so these values should be fine.
> W2k Hauppauge Driver V Polarization 15,8 Volt
> W2k Hauppauge Driver H Polarization 22,0 Volt
I don't know how they do it, please report if you find out any details,
then we would be able to implement the high-power ioctl for these cards...
