I use the following to listen to DVB radio from my Nova-T card in the
UK:
dvbstream -f <freq> -o <pid> | ts2es <pid> | mpg123-oss -b 128 -
which works fine for me.
ts2es is part of the dvb-mpegtools package in Debian. It's also
in apps/mpegtools in the DVB CVS iirc.
