Please, to all of us, let's stop discussing this issue here.
It's the list-owners choice to do what he wants.
If you don't like that, you have several other possebilities.
Some, that come to my mind, are:
- live with it
- unsubscribe
- create your own ML

If you want to discuss this topic further, please go search for an
appropriate *.advocacy newsgroup or do it off-list.
