CAM support can be found in vdr in the ci.* files. I extracted those
routines and put them into a library which I added to the libdvb
package, so that you can use them in stand-alone programs. There is an
example program in libdvb (cam_set), which talks to the CAM and can be
controlled via a TCP/Unix socket, so that a tuning program just has to
transmit pid and ecm data. cam_test is an example program that tunes and
transmits the data. You can find vdr at
