Ok, CVS retrieved, patched, compiled and running.

But please be patient, as it usually takes one or two days for the
frontend-lockup problem to manifest itself.

PS: very first impression - tuning is not as reliable as with the patch I
resend - but have to do some double checking before I can be sure...
