[linux-dvb] Permanent Installation

Hi!

I've got everything compiled but I have to do a make insmod and 
makedev.napi after rebooting. Can anyone tell me how to install the 
drivers permanently? The readme file just points to some other file 
which should give me a clue as to how to do it, but it means nothing to 
a clueless newbie like me :D
