This card has an invalid sub-vendor/device id. :-(
Obviously the eeprom of the card is broken or has been overwritten.

As a workaround you can add the line
  { PHILIPS_SAA7146, 0xffff, 0xffff, CARD_INFO fs_1_3 },
to the table at the end of saa7146_core.c
