You have a card *without* on-board mpeg decoder, so you can use "xawtv" 
to do live tv viewing. You need to tell you PC to decode it in software.

Have a look a the README and the INSTALL file inside your driver, they 
tell you what to do. (In short, tune to a channel using "szap -r" and 
then use either "mplayer" or "xine" to watch)
