[linux-dvb] Nova USB (dvb-s) - failed urb submission (0: err = -22)!
Hi,
I'm new to DVB setup under linux bot I think I got quite far
and now I'm stuck.
What I've done so far. Compiled in the ttusb module in kernel
and the grundig frontend module and dvbcore and such.
When I connect the Nova usb device I get usb messages in syslog
and the ttusb device driver is correctly loaded.
After that is done I manually do a modprobe of the grundig
frontend driver. Is that correct? Or do I need a different
frontend driver or different module at all?
Anyway if I did load the grundig frontend driver 'szap -r -n2'
for example can connect to the device and continously logs some
signal statistics.
Unfortunately and this is my main problem I get an error in
sylog:
Jan 17 02:25:07 nb-dr kernel: hub 2-0:1.0: new USB device on port 2, assigned address 2

Kernel is a 2.6.1 Vanilla (okay, one little radeonfb.c patch
:-) ) and using the kernel tree dvb code without modifications.
Anyone using WinTV Nova USB successfully under 2.6.x?
I'd be very glad, if anyone has some idea how to get rid of
this problem, thanks for your help in advance.
