[linux-dvb] Support of ELTA 8683

Hi,

in 16 Sep 2003

someone asked if the low-budget card ELTA 8683 (29Euro) is running with 
the linuxtv-drivers. But there were no clear answers.

So does the linuxtv-driver support this card?
