[linux-dvb] DVB-C tuning

Hello all,

I have a problem with DVB-C. I have a budget Hauppaugue DVB-C card and I 
cannot tune to the signal using the LinuxDVB drivers and czap.

However, the card or the signal strength are not to blame here, because on a 
Windows machine it works nicely.

Does anybody else has this problem?
