There is support for Terratec C1200/Typhoon/KNC1 in linux kernel 2.6.6+ and in 
CVS (dvb-kernel HEAD branch for 2.6 or dvb-kernel linux_2_4_branch for 2.4).

You should use the budget-av module and stv0299 frontend module for these 
cards.
