[linux-dvb] Twinhan DST adapter does not appear in /dev/dvb

Hi,

Finally succumbed to asking the forum for assistance on this one.
Am running Gentoo 2.6.6-rc2 with devfs.

Initial stabs at using kernel source resulted in happy modules, but no cards
for the likes of dvbtune to find. Upon inspection, the /dev/dvb directory
was present but empty.

Tried patching kernel source with makelinks from linuxtv-dvb-1.1.1 and
rebuilding. Satisfactory rebuild, but to no avail.

Am trying to configure samba/pure-ftp to the dmesg file off. Later
