The card in question uses a Conexant CX23883 as the PCI interface.

There's a integrated Samsung tuner / frontend, part number TDTC9251DH01C 
which uses a Zarlink MT352.

I believe the hardest part is getting info on the Samsung metal can. 
Does anyone know where to go for data sheets and other info for the 
Samsung tuner? I could not find anything on any of the Samsung web sites.
