Yes, I asked DiBcom if we could offer their firmware as public download.
I'm confident they are going to allow it.

I don't know is DiBcom's IC can be found on PCI cards. The USB device does
not seem to have a CI part.

But if they have a CI option on other cards, I'm confident they'll
provide information about it. I'm going to ask them.

I suppose you mean Twinhan and their PCI cards. What Martin Jussel from
Twinhan Austria wrote, sounds very good to me. He said, Twinhan (Austria)
would like to support the linux-dvb developers.
