[linux-dvb] Weird non existant modules?

Can anyone tell me why hotplug on my system (debian unstable) is looking 
for a module called 'dvb_ttpci_budget_ci' and another one called 'input'?

These modules do not seem to exist. They are not mentioned in any dvb 
doccumentation - nor in the kernel.

Hotplug is classifying them both as DVB related modules.
