Hi Prakash,

As said in README.dvb YOU MUST INSTALL or it won't work.
The kaffeine engine based on xine (and that is modified to support my dvb 
stuff) is a kpart plugin so it has to be installed in kdelib dir.

DVB support is now in kaffeine cvs. Fetch it to gain some bugfixes.
