Sigmadesigns NetStream2000 is a hardware mpeg decoder card
with superb picture quality.
The current driver supports composite, s-video yuv and rgb
output, and is pretty stable.
It isn't as cheap as a vga card, but then it was made for
professional applications, and it is actually cheap compared
to the quality.
