Hi All,
I'm looking for a GNU/Linux solution (read: cheap pro-sumer level hw
with Open Source drivers ) to be able to MPEG2 compress image/video data
that originates from disk rather than broadcast or other I/O sockets.
Can the current MPEX do this? Or is it like the hauppage winTV 250/350
only for compression of externally sourced video data?
grts,
avi
