did not work here either, but did not get these errors...
(Hm, where did i hear that already ;-) )

The driver loads and tunes to NTV as should be.

But  vdr starts, shows one times the OSD EPG info, but 
on a black screen, that stays black.
Pressing RC, Menu came up but board gets reset soon after
