Yes, but why does it think that it should start a 23:15h timer at 23:37:56h?

Yes, it started 22 minutes late and stopped too early.

No, I do not think so.
Of course, now that the entries are gone I have no way to double check. ;-)
But even if I did, why would one of the 23:15h timers start at
23:37:56h and the other one at 23:40:06?
Why would any timer start at a time that is not equal to the
time in the directory name?
