[vdr] Some missing teletext-ID for Astra

Hi folks,

surprisingly detected, that even if a source (DVB-S) is connected
to "scart in", teletext could be decoded on my sony-tv if TID is 
set correctly. 

So, I searched and just found/tested some within Klaus' original 
channels.conf missing TID. Here they are:

	ARD-104	B3-204	Hessen3-304		arte-404
	SR3-504	WDR-604	BR-alpha-704	SWR BW-804
	Phoenix-904

	3sat-230	KiKa-330 

	MDR-404	ORB-504	B1-604	N3-2404

No teletext broadcasted on: 

	eins.muxx, eins.extra, eins.festival

Still missing within my smaler channels.conf (hints welcome ;-):

	9-live, ZDF-Doku/-Info/-Theater, DSF, Eurosport, N24, 
	BloombergTV-Germany, DW-TV, CNN, CNBC, SkyNews, VIVA, 
	VIVAII, MTVCentral
