[vdr] where to buy DVB-C cards?

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to all this VDR and DVB stuff, so please forgive me for any 
misunderstandings etc.

I'm looking to buying a DVB-C card. As I understand it, the possible 
candidates from VDR's point of view would be Siemens and Technotrend, 
which use the same chips (?).

The problem is that I haven't been able to find a single shop that would 
sell a DVB-C card to me. I tried all the links mentioned at linuxtv.org: 
the only URL that provided a DVB-C card was http://www.pc-werksverkauf.de/ 
and they would not deliver outside of Germany (I live in Finland).

So in short, two questions:

* which DVB-C card should I buy? That is, which card provides the best 
feature set from VDR's point of view?

* where should I buy it?
