[vdr] broken recordings

I observed that some recordings are broken (maybe because of driver reload 
during rec.), resulting in playback stopping (sometimes the bad images can be 
jumped over) and, more seriously, such recordings do not get edited correctly:

Somewhere the cutting stops and the remaining parts are missing, rebuilding 
index.vdr does'nt help (but still changes the recordings length !!)

Maybe the solution would be a special transfer-mode, where the stream is 
repaired and index.vdr rebuild. That could be triggered by deleting the 
index.vdr or some special key on starting the cutting process.
