nowhere, or on my harddisk ;-)
Alternativly, you can get first apply the -nav6 patch and the nav6-nav7
diff.

Both patches will probly have problems with the changed OSD functions in
vdr-0.99pre3. Parts of the OSD changes in -pre3 are also in the -nav
patch. It's probaly best to use the variant from the AIO patch.
