Looks like this transponder doesn't broadcast the correct time (apparently it sends
localtime instead of the correct UTC).

Here an other transponder is scanned that sends the time correctly as UTC.

The time bases of the various transponders are apparently not very exact.
I wonder what keeps the tv stations from broadcasting the exact time?!
You can get a cheap DCF77 module from Conrad for only a few Euros.
However, some stations apparently give a sh*t about standards and believe it's
ok if they broadcast their local time instead of UTC.
For the moment I suggest you turn off setting the system time according to
the transponders. The next version of VDR will have a new Setup parameter
that allows you to define which transponder to use for setting the system time.
