[vdr] More DVBs cards..with or whithout Mpeg decoder?

Hey all,

I'm planning to add a second DVBs card but have no idea
on about buying the low budget card or a full version.
Does having a second hardware mpeg decoder a advantage over using
one with hardware mpeg decoder and the other without mpeg decoder?
