[vdr] libdvdcss & libdvdread

Hi,

ich have uploaded an Tarball with the both librarys (libdvdread and
libdvdcss_patched) needed for Andreas愀 DVD-patch.

Libdvdcss is allready patched, just start the install-script or make both
libs separate. Read "CSS.README" for further information and what ist
different to the original versions.

Remove all other versions of libdvdread and libdvdcss befor you install.

set the enviroment-variable befor you start vdr.

# export DVDCSS_METHOD=key

If vdr have problems to find the librarys, run "ldconfig" and try again.
