this file exists of course and the localhost-entry is in it
the file is included in Klaus' distribution
but after scanning the source and found
SVDRPhosts.Load(AddDirectory(ConfigDirectory, "svdrphosts.conf"), true);
I understand even svdrphosts.conf has to be in ConfigDirectory
(wich is etc/vdr in my case) and not in the vdr directory
so I will try this today and I'm sure it runs...
