[vdr] Feature sugestion: delete

Hi!

At the moment I use vdr-1.0.0 and I realized that timers are
automatically deleted if a related recording is deleted while the
recording is/was still going on.
I think it's a really usefull feature but I think it would be nice to
change the behaviour a bit so that repeating timers are set to "not this
time" (the exclamation mark) rather than completly deleted like one-time
timers? This could make sense if a series is left out on a special day
and one realizes that just 

(I hope it is understandable what I mean.)
