[vdr] daemon-mode and dolby digital

hi all,

i could not find anything related in the list-archives:

if i watch with runvdr (no -d flag) on the console, 
dd-channels give dd sound.
if i start vdr with -d flag, i get noise 
sometimes interrupted with "blocks" of decoded dd-sound (if started
from the console) and a "whistling" sound if started from rc.local.

btw, vdr 1.0.1, a52dec 0.73.

what am i doing wrong?

any hints?
