[vdr] lnb_sharing_vdr patch/integration

The server 

rk.dyn.dhs.org

with /dvb/VDR_LNB_sharing_patch/lnb_sharing_vdr-1.0.1-ok.patch

seems to be down.


Is there a new patch for 1.04, or better 1.1.4?


patching 1.04 works:

Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?

Are there any "thoughts" to add that "single LNB mode"
to the main release? (Because lot of users have to live
with a single wire)

(Compile time option would be sufficient?)
