[vdr] Teletext patch compiling problems

A month ago Alessio Sangalli wrote about the following problem:

None of the Follow-Ups gaves a concrete solution about this. Now I have the 
same problem. I used the newest AIO patch.
Has anybody found a solution since this last discussion?
