[vdr] Real long tested xawtv 3.76 with VDR support

Hello,

just take the xawtv-3.76 from http://bytesex.org/xawtv/ and replace
x11/Xawtv.ad by http://ulima.unil.ch/greg/linux/Xawtv.ad and also
common/commands.c by http://ulima.unil.ch/greg/linux/commands.c

The last one is only a small modification of the patch Gerd Knorr sent
to VDR ml the 9.VIII.2002 ( Re: Patch: xawtv could control vdr ;-)) ).

But I found it easyer to directly put the whole file...
The last version did segfault after some commands, this one don't any
more...

Then one have a complete control over VDR whitin xawtv ;-)
You should certainly modify the file x11/Xawtv.ad to your need...
Maybe it could be nice if that one could also be included in the next
release, for example as: x11/Xawtv.ad-vdr.

Running xawtv with the "-v 2" option shows me:

But the "real" width is only of 720???
Are other seeing the same?
