[vdr] News from Vox / EPG

Hi,

I've just talked to the guy at Vox responsible for EPG and digital services.
He confirmed the lack of the EPG and that this is not intended by Vox.
He will ask SES what's going wrong and inform me afterwards.

Perhaps he could help me to get a contact to the RTL responsibles as well, so
we get a better EPG on their channels, too.
