[vdr] How to view a VCD?

Hi all,
 
i try to view a vcd. I miss the VCD OSD menu. I tried to compile vdr
only with the vcd option (VCD=1), but there is no vcd menu.
 
I know it should be really easy, but there is no option for vcd, and I
am sure I did not make any mistake with compiling.
