[vdr] no channels in deamon mode

I've got the Problem that there is no channel List if I start vdr in daemon 
mode. My settings, for example:OSD-Language are gone, too.

If I start with "/dvb/VDR/vdr -c /dvb/VDR" everything works fine.
But if I start with "-d" or "-t" or with runvdr Channels and settings are 
gone.

I use Suse 8 with vdr-1.0.4 with AIO-10.09

Another problem is that I'm not able to compile vdr with "MP3=1"
All libs are installed.And lirc dvd and vcd work fine.

I hope someone can help me with my problems! Im very new to
linux (about 3months) and worked for weeks until vdr was running.
