Well, not at all I guess, because I'd have to render the osd over the image,
right? Naah not with the CPU of my VDR ;))

Control can be done via SVDRP and I can mount a second lirc receiver for the
other PC, and the information could easily be displayed in a little window,
also fetched via SVDRP.
