Hmm, this means that your switch does not accept mini DiSEqC commands:
In this case, the line
S5E 99999 V 10600 t v W15 [E0 10 38 F5] W15 T
should work for
telia:12284:V:S5E:27500:210:208:0:0:200
Anyway, if it still doesn't work, you might replace F5 by
F4,F6,F7,F8,F9,FA,FB,FC,FD,FE,FF
One of them should work.

Strange. Please verify that all settings of your Sirius LNB (oscillator
frequency 9750/10600) are the same as for Windows.
