[vdr] AW: Merging single VDR Files of a movie and cut them under M$ Windoze

|(0001.vdr + 0002.vdr + xxxx.vdr, depending on the length of the movie)
| ether under linux oder windows, and them cut the ads and the preroll and
| postroll of - under windows only.

linux:
cat 0*.vdr > total

windows:
copy 001.vdr + 002.vdr + 003.vdr total /b

BEFORE merging, cut the ads with the cutting function of vdr. I don't know
a windows solution (maybe virtualDub or TmpegEnc)
